If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us (either via etsy convo or email), and we will let you know where to send it back to us.

A refund is offered after we receive the item in the same condition it was sent to you in. We do not cover or refund shipping costs (both ways).

If you are exchanging an item, in the email or convo let us know what you would like to exchange your item for. If there is a difference in price we will either refund it to you (not including shipping) or request you to pay it.
